This Make a Difference mental health course has been designed to train and support people who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture within their workplace or organisation.

It provides information and tools for people in a supervisory or managerial level position to create a best-practice model for mental wellbeing in the workplace.

This course builds on the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health and covers a wider range of mental health conditions. It provides detailed information about on the range of therapy and professional support available to people with a mental health condition.
