Free access via Make a Difference

Make a Difference offers free access to Moodgym, a secure online self-help support tool, based upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

It's been developed to help people manage mental health symptoms, particularly if they are struggling to cope with anxiety and depression.

Pioneered in Australia, this interactive virtual  support tool is now being used by more than one million people around the world.

If you are experiencing depression or anxiety that is troubling but not incapacitating, Moodgym may help you to manage how you process your thoughts and feelings. If you're living with clinical levels of depression or anxiety, it's recommended that you seek advice from your GP.
